If you plan to create wealth, you must

• deal with your attitudes to money and poverty
• deal with your debt
• plan your investment strategy, having funds available now having settled debt
• manage your investment

Poverty is an addiction. Jesus said, "You will always have the poor with you."

That is because poverty is a state of mind - yes, a physical condition too - but YOU are the only person who can do something about it. 

If you wait for government to do anything you will wait forever and a week.
